Men's health

Mental health and suicide prevention

My journey began a short year ago when I decided to put my running shoes on to clear my head. This simple act paved the way into the person I would soon become. Running has flipped my life around from being a lost person with no direction to someone I am proud of being. Mental health has been a constant battle of mine, though the best way to conquer life’s challenges – like running – is one step at a time.

I am beyond grateful to have this opportunity to run and honor those that face obstacles, yet continue to stay in the dark. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Let’s create a voice for the men that suffer in silence and overlook themselves when it comes to their health.

My mustache needs your support! Help me stop men from dying too young. Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, holding their feelings and hiding them all within. Join me in changing the face of men’s health!
