My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

As I prepare to run the New York Marathon in support of Movember charity, I’ve realized it is more than just a run. I'm not just running for personal achievement; I'm running to be a part of the solution, to break the silence and stigma surrounding men's mental health. We all need support as we deal with the day-to-day struggles of life. However, we have a population of men that need our support at high rates. In the world we live in today, men do not feel that they can be vulnerable and open about the issues they face as sons, brothers, fathers, husbands, partners, or friends. Because of this, I am honored to represent Movember during my 26.2 mile journey through New York.

Your support not only helps me in this journey but also contributes to the collective effort to ensure that every man feels empowered to seek help and express their emotions without fear or judgment. Thank you for being a part of this with me.
