My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I've always struggled to tell people how I really feel during tough times (and we ALL have tough times). I created a persona at a young age and have been projecting calm confidence ever since, regardless of what's happening inside.

I'm giving Movember a go this year to lean into the awkward conversations that can save lives - but even in the less extreme cases, to help men realize that it's ok to say "I've been a little depressed for the last few weeks", for example.

... And then go shoot some pool to help connect with people and feel just a little better...
