My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I didn't always live the healthiest lifestyle and only started to make better choices when I hit the age of 30. I joined a gym and started to participate in Movember shortly after. Men's health is really important to me and sometimes only possible when you have the right support. With that said, I just want to raise this awareness for mental health and suicide prevention. The stress of daily life could be a lot and I just want to help a bit.
