At Movember we believe that knowledge is power and early detection is key to living a longer, healthier, happier life. On our list of five things ever man should know is their numbers. This means, at 50, talk to your doctor about prostate cancer and whether it’s right for you to have a PSA test. If you are African American or have a father or brother with prostate cancer, you should be having this conversation at 45. 

This Father’s Day is a perfect time to have a conversation with your family about your health history. Trust us, we know it can be awkward talking about prostates, so here are some tips to get the conversation started.
