Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm letting my upper lip get dirty once again as I endeavor to raise money (and eyebrows) in support of men's health. My mustache isn't pretty, but neither is cancer. Let's kick cancer's ass together.

I celebrated my 10th Movember in 2020 by becoming a Dad. This year, I'll become a Dad all over again. So I have more reason than ever to try and stick around. I’m proud of the work the Foundation does, I’m proud to be a part of it, and I’m proud to support men’s health.

A week into my first Movember, a neighbor and family friend died in his apartment of medical complications including cancer. It always hurts to lose someone close, and Movember helped me heal that year.

Of course, it hasn't been just him over the years. Like billions of other humans today, several members of my family have battled cancer, and in one form or another, it's killed a number of my male relatives. F*** cancer.

Go to the doctor. Talk about how you feel. Own your mental health. And let's kick cancer's ass together.
