My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health

I am raising money and awareness for Men's health in general. Working 10-12hrs in a construction trailer makes it difficult to focus on improving your health but its not impossible. Reduce your sugar intake by eliminating sodas or bad snacks. Go out for a healthy lunch instead of eating at the Taco Truck or pulling something from the freezer. Put on sunscreen everyday and twice a day since most of us work outdoors exposed to UV rays. Its not difficult to make little changes to reduce the fact that across the world, men die an average six years younger than women. Be a man...live healthier and longer lives
