My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Mental health and suicide prevention

I want to show people that you are way more capable than you possibly can believe. Being mentally tough is not easy but you can always fight to be mentally tough.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. Help me stop men dying too young.

The game plan is simple to bring awareness for mens mental health. On November 20th I will be climbing a 17' rope over and over to hopefully reach the height equivalent of Mt. Everest. The goal is to bring awareness and support for men's mental health. The secondary goal is any form of record. I'm here to show what can be possible of the human body in mind. To be a voice for men saying you can be tough and still talk about your mental health. They are not separate.
