My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Prostate cancer
Testicular cancer
Mental health and suicide prevention

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. I've been part of a men's group for 6 years called F3 and this group has changed my life- given me stfength, purpose and friendships. I was doing a pushup challenge when I realized I could pair this with Movember and next year get all my F3 friends to increase our donations and impact! Men's health is important to everyone and there are many men struggling with mental health, suicidal thoughts, prostate cancer and testicular cancer. My goal is to bring awareness to these issues and show that this is a zero sum game- we can support girls and women and all the challenges they face, while supporting boys and men. Men who are thriving are better for themselves, their families and communities. Let's improve men's mental, physical, emotional and spiritual health!
