Mental health and suicide prevention

Let's face it, many men don't reach out to friends, family, or others for help. We don't like to open up and get things off our chest. You know what happens when you don't flush the toilet? You get a big mess. Feelings are the same way. Sadly, too many men need help but don't receive it.

Globally, the rate of suicide is alarmingly high, particularly in men. Too many men are ‘toughing it out’, keeping their feelings to themselves and struggling in silence. The Movember Foundation is aiming to reduce the rate of male suicide by 25% by 2030, and I want to help them get there. Help me stop men dying too young.

This month I grow my moustache as a living advertisement of the terrors which hurt and kill specifically men. I ask you to sponsor my moustache this month so we can help Movember make a difference in men's lives.
