This Movember I want to set an example for men's health with fitness goals. I am aiming to exercise and log at least 23 workouts this month. Started strong yesterday with an hour of interval training and leg exercises. The more you move the better. I'm looking for new workouts, hikes, bike rides, runs or team sports to participate in. Also aiming for a personal goal of raising $300 for the Movember foundation. Last year my team, UNC Urology raised over $6000. Thanks for your support! #mobro #forlife
