Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.
It’s sometimes tough for men to admit when they have struggles, whether it’s physical or emotional. We need to understand that it’s ok to look for help and it doesn’t make you any less of a man to admit it.
I was once that person, embarrassed to seek help, until I couldn’t take it anymore. And now, one year removed from beating testicular cancer, I am trying to bring as much awareness to men as possible, and I will continue to do so.
