Mental health and suicide prevention

This year I will be participating in Movember for the 9th year in a row to do my part in ending the stigma that surrounds mental health and suicide. Throughout my first few years as a MoBro I came to relish the month of November as an opportunity to attempt to grow as many whiskers as possible (not many) but, after witnessing the effects that suicide has had on families, friends, and loved ones I am going to be Moving for Movember to try and help raise awareness for Mental Health resources to reduce the number of people impacted by the tragedy and heartbreak that follows suicide. This year I am going to be running 120 miles in November. Two miles for each of the 60 men who die of suicide every hour, globally.
