Our Motivation

In 2015, Huron embarked on a mission to help change the face of men’s health by participating in the Movember Foundation’s tradition of formal growing, fundraising, and awareness building that takes place every year in the month formerly known as November. The Movember Foundation is a global charity committed to men living happier, healthier, longer lives. As a company with a strong presence in the healthcare community and one that is committed to ensuring good health and well-being, Huron’s involvement with this great foundation is a natural fit. In partnership with the Veterans iMatter team, we've been able to raise more than $68,000 for the Movember movement since 2015. Now the only missing piece of the puzzle is your involvement!

Let’s MOVE together! As we head home (or however you celebrate Thanksgiving) let’s get on the MOVE together to support the Movember goals! We encourage you all to get out there to run/walk/bike/skip an informal in-person 5K with your friends and family!

We have several cities that are meeting up to host a 5k in person, sign up,!

Ideas include:
