My motivation
Fundraising for cause areas including:
Men's health
Mental health and suicide prevention

I'm tackling the New York City Marathon to raise funds and awareness for men's mental health and to help in the work to lower global suicide rates among men. This is going to be a huge challenge for me, but I know it will also make a HUGE difference for men's health.

I am also running in memory of my amazing friend, H, who died of suicide this year.
