My motivation

Movember is the leading charity changing the face of men's health, and this Movember I'm joining them. Together we can make a difference for men's health – in prostate cancer, testicular cancer, mental health and suicide prevention. Help me stop men dying too young.

I'm taking action - shaving my full beard and growing a fresh mustache for Movember - to do my part in driving funds for men's health. I'm also committing to walk 60 miles this month for the 60 men who die by suicide every hour.

Let's start conversations, check-in on our mates, smile for strangers and just put some more kindness out into the world.
