Reading the Movember literature about how we have been helping the greater good in men’s health is motivating to me. Suicide awareness hits me hard after loosing my brother, Dominic, this year. His picture is attached to this post. Dominic was so much fun to be with. Always enjoyed every moment with anyone he was with. But when the day ended and he was home alone, his loneliness and depression hit him so hard. I saw the signs, but never thought he was suicidal. I never asked the questions I now know to ask.
I hope all we have done saves a bro. Saves a lot of bros. Thanks to Nate for sending the plant wide message to join this team.

Thanks to Movember!!!! Last year got my PSA checked. Now I know my baseline #. This year followed up on another issue and scheduled to take care of it on Dec. 14th. Recently picked up biking and on Nov. 11 Road 56 miles round trip on the Swamp Rabbit trail from home.
