What a difference the temperature makes!! This run felt good, finished it with a nice walk to warm down and a stretch. 77° is much better than 90! I’m well on my way to the marathon! It won’t be quick but it will get done!

To many this may not seem like progress but these are my last two runs. Tonight’s first - This was my first run that didn’t make me feel like I was going to die!
Yesterday’s run felt likeI was running with lead boots and a dead right leg. Progress is progress! Week and a half down 18.5 weeks to go!
BRING ON THE NYC MARATHON - I WILL BE A RUNNER!!!

Interval training today. 10 minute run, 4×3 minute Race pace intervals 1 min rest and 10 min run followed by a cool down and a stretch……. I will be a runner!! Always trying to rep local, shout out to @mulchsolutions and @crossfitmnc

@movember NYC Marathon step 1 completed with the help of @charlotterunningcompany
Awesome service. Fit/ 3D modeling / pressure point and Gait analysis done to recommend the perfect shoe. multiple choices worked though but @asics Gel-Nimbus 23 was a perfect fit and im ready to run!
