Move This Thanksgiving

Anticipating the upcoming Thanksgiving food-stupor? The struggle is real, and we get it.

To stave off the tryptophan and extra holiday pounds, stick to your Move goal, track your progress, and make the most of the last weeks of Movember! Here’s some tips to keep you on track over the long weekend:
  • Have your Movember mobile app ready to go with your customized Mo Space to easily track your Moves. 
  • Before the big meal, peel your family members away from the football game, head outside and get your own game of flag football going. This way you’ll be able to log some miles and inspire your family to Move for Movember.
  • After the main course, work off those calories and Move to meet your goal – let’s face it, you had seconds. Grab the family and take a walk around the block, or two.
  • The Movember community is hosting Move events all around the country. Get in on the action and find an event near you.
  • No matter how much pumpkin pie you had over the weekend, don’t give up. You can continue being one step ahead of all those “New Year’s Resolution” runners and raise much needed awareness for men’s health all the while. 
You have the power of the Mo with you this holiday season. Embrace your face, get those 60 miles in, and keep on moving for men’s health.
