Men's Mental Health is something I value deeply. Throughout my life I have had struggles myself, leading to decisions that I regret. No matter who is struggling, someone loves you, and cares about you. I was once told "Temporary problems should never lead to permanent solutions". As Mens Mental Health Awareness continues to grow, so will my mustache.
