The Movember Foundation is a charity focused solely on men's health, so this Movember I'm getting on board. I'm raising funds to tackle some of the biggest health issues faced by men. I'm part of a team raising money for this cause, it is group of traditional shaver enthusiasts. So for us to NOT grow facial hair is a big deal! In addition to working out I will grow some kind of facial hair.

Friday workout. It was a pain in the tukus, everything was trying to derail me, even had to finish the workout outside the gym since it closed an hour earlier than I thought. But got er done. Doesn't usually work for me, but working out in the morning, getting it done, would be much easier! Have a great weekend peeps!

Another day, another workout. This time 45 mins including mostly cardio and about 15-20mins of weights focused on smaller muscle groups. I showed up to workout because all of you showed up to support me and this cause! So, thank you.

I am blown away by everyone's generosity and support. I sent out my request to you all late last night and by breakfast time I had already met my $500 goal and now well on my way to 1K of fundraising. Very humbled! Thank you everyone. Did my workout today -- cardio/weight combo. I plan to count 30 mins of working out of any kind as 1 mile on the chart to the right. Finished just in time for the start of the World Series. Go Dooyers!!!
