Movember's vision is to be a 'best practice' charity that will open up a new generation of philanthropy through our smart use of technology, innovative marketing and low cost-to-fundraising ratios which combine to deliver tangible outcomes to the state of men's health.

The Movember Foundation's values include the desire to be innovative and inspirational, to be accountable and transparent and to be efficient in accomplishing its work. These values are observed by all those who work for the Movember Foundation and Movember's beneficiary partners. The values form a guiding principle for maintaining the confidence of the Mo Bros and Mo Sistas as well as those individuals and organizations that contribute to the campaign.
