"My family has dealt with cancer more than once. My Dad is dealing with bladder cancer right now.
I took this from prostatecancerfoundation.org:
In 2009, more than 192,000 men will be diagnosed with prostate cancer, and more than 27,000 men will die from the disease. One new case occurs every 2.7 minutes and a man dies from prostate cancer every 19 minutes."
This is for my friend Mike. He donated $15. When we were 15, I slept over at his house after a band practice and him and a few of our friends dumped flour on me while I was sleeping. I cleaned it all off and came out of the bathroom and he goes "John, I'm really sorry." I said "nah man, it was funny." Then he says again, "No, John, I'm really sorry..." and he throws flour in my face again. Not funny the 2nd time. I think there's a video of the whole thing.
I realized this sounds almost identical to one of my other songs... Huge writer's block. Sorry Mike! Life's been crazy lately and my Movember songs have been on hold for longer than I'd like. Gotta get refocused!
