I should add... I lost ten pounds this month, so I would consider my Movember participation. Maybe next I'll raise a couple bucks, too! ha ha ha!!! Happy Holiday and Merry Christmas!

OK... I didn't post on this as regularly as I would have liked, but I was sick for 2 weeks during the month of Movember... couple that with Thanksgiving, and... well... you know what I driving at. However, I keep the Mo and here's the final pic. Until next year.

Hey Don! Remember me? We were pals (briefly) in the ELSM! And now we're both growing mo's. Awesome.

How's this for ironic... I'm promoting men's health, and for the last week I've been sick! Not to worry. That hasn't stopped my beard from growing.

The benefits of shaving: I read this online over the weekend, and I thought I would just throw this out there, and get everyone's take on the comment. "The skin is divided into two layers. The epidermis and the dermis. The epidermis regenerates itself about every thirty days. This means that new skin cells come from the bottom of the epidermis and work their way up to the outer layer called the Stratum Corneum. The stratum corneum is made up of dead cells. Shaving, thus, helps to remove the old dead cells and debree. Without exfoliation the other layer of the skin can become irregular, dull, etc. Men shave every day thus keeping the epidermis in good condtion. There are some dermatologists that recommend that women shave every day to exfolicated their skin and keep the skin vibrant." The typos have me cautious, but it begs for comments. I'm curious... Further news over the weekend: * I found out that I have more grays in my beard than when I did this three years ago. * My wife is questioning my choice to participate fully as I become more "burly". * And... I have updated my photo.

Got up early this morning, and since it felt like 32 degrees (0C), I decided to spin in the basement. Glad I have a kinetic trainer for my bike. Now... back to work.

6 am cam early this morning, but I eventually got to doing my morning routine. Had a couple eggs, and hit the computer. Been at work too long, and need to go get some cardio in. Thinking the bike is a good idea.

A successful and productive day. Going to bed early to get ready for tomorrow. Probably going running.
