My motivation

For those of you hoping for great mustache pictures I apologize... This is the first year in my eight years, that I have no been on a running streak. If you know or not in march while on a run I had a deep vein thrombosis that landed me in the hospital for 6 weeks in a coma for two and with a new synthetic iliac vein. I was sliced up from my ankle to sternum and the road back is slow. 30 days of activity and these words: YOUR HEALTH MATTERS! Take charge of your body, get to the doctor from time to time...
