Gala Parté Tickets:

Patrons of the Movember Gala Parté (event) agree to the following terms and conditions of ticket purchase and entry:

1. The right of admission is reserved.

2. Patrons must be over 21 years of age to attend the event. A valid photo ID (a current drivers licence, passport or proof of age card) is required.

3. Patrons attending the event do so at their own risk.

4. To the extent permitted by the law, Movember (including its directors, officers, employees, consultants, contractors, agents and volunteers) or the venue shall not be held liable for any damage, loss, liability or injury patrons may suffer in relation to their attendance at the event howsoever caused, including due to any negligence or other act or omission of Movember.

5. Patrons must obey all signs, notices and directions given by Movember or the venue.

6. Patrons agree to compensate for any damage, loss, liability or injury that Movember or the venue may suffer as a result of their willful, reckless or negligent acts or omissions at the event.

7. Movember reserves the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute any advertised or promoted entertainment and/or vary advertised programs, prices, venues and audience capacity.

8. Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from, or issued by, Movember or an authorized point of sale.

9. Alcohol, animals (except official guide dogs), glass, illegal substances or anything Movember considers dangerous or inappropriate are not permitted.

10. Patrons and/or their possessions may be inspected on entry by security staff.

11. Excessive drinkers, illegal drug users or patrons displaying antisocial behaviour will be evicted and may be dealt with by police.

12. Activities such as moshing, crowd surfing, climbing and stage diving are dangerous and may lead to eviction from the event. Movember accepts no liability for any injuries or damages caused by these activities.

13. All patrons consent to any official filming & sound recording.

14. Tickets are not refundable in any circumstances, except if the entire event is cancelled which is at Movember's sole discretion.

15. Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.

16. There will be no pass-outs.

17. Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions), either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.

18. The Movember Website Terms of Use and the Movember Privacy Policy are incorporated into these terms and conditions.

• A. THE REPLACEMENT OF THE GOODS OR THE SUPPLY OF EQUIVALENT GOODS;

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Movember and its partners, agents, officers, employees and other authorized representatives against all claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, costs or expenses arising in any way out of or in any way connected to your use of this Website.

Termination

If in Movember's reasonable opinion you fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions of use of this Website, Movember may terminate or limit your access to this Website.

Governing Law

Any legal issues arising out of the use of this Website will be governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia and by using this web site you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of that state.

DC TEAM GROW A MO CONTEST - OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

1. Who Can Enter: Any legal U.S. resident 18 years of age or older is eligible to participate on a team of four (4) people in the DC Team Grow a Mo Contest (the "Contest"). Employees, officers, principals, directors or agents of DC Shoes, Inc. or their subsidiaries or affiliates, and members of their households or immediate families, are not eligible to participate (collectively, "DC").


2. How to Enter: In order for a team to enter, each team must include four (4) people and each team must: (a) register their team of four on http://us.movember.com/register/register-team.php on or before November 29; (b) solicit donations to Movember.com during November, in the name of their team; and (c) each team member must grow a mustache during November 2008. The team members must provide all information requested on the above website for registration of the team to be completed ("Qualifying Team"). All teams with incomplete registrations will be disqualified. Donations on behalf of a Qualifying Team must be made to Movember either via http://us.movember.com/donate/index.php or by check payable to Movember.com and sent to Movember's address at Prostate Cancer Foundation, Attn: Movember, 1250 Fourth Street, Santa Monica, CA 90401. The Qualifying Team of four that raises the most money for Movember during the Contest Period (defined below) will be the winning team ("Winning Team").

3. Contest Period: Teams can begin registering on the Movember website listed above (the "Site"), and begin submitting pledges on behalf of their team during the period starting on November 1, 2008 at 12:00:01 AM (Pacific Standard Time) and ending November 30, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time) (the "Contest Period"). All pledges to Movember must be made during the Contest Period and all pledge payments must be received by Movember by no later than December 10, 2008 at 11:59:59 PM (Pacific Standard Time).

4. Prizes: The Winning Team (the team that raises the most money for Movember during the Contest Period) will receive a trip for the four (4) Winning Team members to Park City, Utah for five (5) days and four (4) nights, including a visit to DC's Mountain Lab in Park City during the trip. The Prizes shall specifically include: (i) roundtrip economy air transportation for each team member to and from Utah; (ii) four (4) nights hotel accommodations (2 rooms/double occupancy each night) for the Winning Team members; (iii) ground transportation for the Winning Team members to and from Salt Lake City Airport; (iv) ground transportation for the Winning Team members to and from DC scheduled events the Winning Team is invited to; (v) $75 per Winning Team member per day for four (4) days; and (vi) a DC merchandise pack for each Winning Team member consisting of a snowboard, snowboard boots, snowboard jacket and snowboard pants valued at $1310.00 per pack (retail value). The Winning Team will be identified by Movember and the decision will be final and binding. The Winning Team will be announced on or by December 22, 2008 on www.Movember.com and on www.dcshoes.com. The Winning Team will also be notified via email. All prizes are "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. No substitution, exchange or transfer of prizes will be made or is permitted. The selected five (5) days and four (4) nights and the date of the visit to DC's Mountain Lab will be selected by DC Shoes in its sole discretion and only one trip will be allowed for the Winning Team. If one or more of the Winning Team members cannot attend any or all of the selected dates or events, then that portion of the prize will be forfeited by the Team Member. All travel must be completed on or before April 30, 2009.

5. Odds of Winning: No purchase of any kind is necessary in order to enter the Contest or win any prize, and chances of winning are not enhanced by making any purchases.

6. Winning Team Notification: The Winning Team will be notified by email within 48 hours after determination of the Winning Team. Names of the Winning Team members will also be posted on the Site. Prior to being awarded any prize, Winning Team members will be required to show proof of age and complete, sign and return a prize affidavit, release and license agreement, as well as any other documents required by DC, in its sole discretion, to claim the prizes. If all required documents are not signed and delivered prior to the time of awarding of the prizes, it will result in a forfeiture of the prizes and an alternate Winning Team will be selected by Movember based on the next largest amount raised by a team for Movember.

7. Limits of Liability: Entrants acknowledge and agree that DC has no responsibility whatsoever for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind that result from entrance into the Contest or receipt, acceptance, possession, or use of any prize. DC assumes no liability for lost or misdirected entry forms regardless of the circumstances. DC reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any time if the integrity of the Contest is, in DC's sole and absolute discretion, compromised in any way. By entering the Contest, entrants release and hold DC harmless from and against any and all damages and claims of any kind in connection with the Contest or resulting from entrance in the Contest, or receipt, acceptance, possession or use of any prize. DC reserves the right to substitute a prize for an alternative prize of equal or greater value in DC's sole and absolute discretion.

All entries become the sole property of DC, and DC assumes no responsibility for any (i) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the Sites during the Contest period, or (ii) any problems or technical malfunctions of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure or delay of any email or entry on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or (iii) any combination thereof including, but not limited to, any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer or other equipment related to or resulting from entrant's participation in the Contest. DC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of DC corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, DC reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

8. Indemnification: Entrants agree to indemnify and hold harmless DC from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees), or other expenses that arise directly or indirectly out of or from any allegation that any materials that entrant submits to DC or transmits to or posts on the Site infringes or otherwise violates the copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property or other rights of, or defame, any third party.

9. Winner Responsibilities: The Winning Team members are solely responsible for the reporting and payment of any tax liabilities incurred as a result of or relating to the awarding or use of any prize. Entry into the Contest shall be deemed to be entrant's consent and authorization to: (i) the use of entrant's name, address (city and state only) and any other information submitted by entrant for commercial, advertising and promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law; and (ii) the use of entrant's address to receive marketing and other emails from DC. In addition, by entering the Contest, entrants affirm that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules.

10. Winner Publicity: DC will publish the first name, last name and location (city/state) of each Winning Team Member on the Site. To obtain the Winners' names, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:

12. General: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations. By entering the Contest participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decision of Movember, which shall be final on all matters relating to this Contest. This Contest shall be void where prohibited by law.
